not getting slack email when I try to join

I've tried to join the slack channel from the email and from the pages here, and I'm not getting an email. Verified spam/junk. Have tried several times...

  I've tried it before with no luck. This is the 5th attempt, nothing ever comes through. Have gone through spam/junk and nothing.
  I am getting access to other workspace sin slack, and was able to get a verification code for my account so I could see my other workspaces.
